Alexis Sloustcher is a college admissions advisor and founder of Advanced Admissions servicing students nationally. An expert in college admissions, Alexis educates students and their families on the college admissions process so they are equipped for future success. Alexis is proficient in the strategic organization and implementation of this multi-faceted process for high school students, athletes and transfer students. She is also well versed in the scholarship and financial aid components of college admissions. Through her personalized, one-on-one approach, Alexis provides a strategic, results-oriented method to college admissions with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for each student she works with.
Alexis attended the University of California, Davis, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Contemporary Leadership. Alexis entrenched herself in all aspects of the collegiate experience at UCD – including balancing numerous internships (such as her stint at the California State Capitol working for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger) with her top leadership roles in UCD’s Associated Student Government (ASUCD) and her national sorority, Delta Gamma. Upon graduation, Alexis went on to attend the University of California, Los Angeles where she received her Certification in College Counseling.
Prior to founding Advanced Admissions, Alexis obtained 10+ years of public relations, marketing, and sales experience working for multiple San Francisco-based companies. During the course of her career, Alexis oversaw the implementation of communications strategies for top technology companies in the Silicon Valley, managed a top-performing advertising sales team, and assisted Fortune 500 companies with creating dynamic and interactive advertising campaigns. Alexis’ business experience helped her develop an unparalleled work ethic and a passion for helping others succeed.
